A MEANINGFUL MOVEMENT
Relais & Châteaux, founded in 1954, is an association of 580 unique hotels and restaurants worldwide, run by independent hosts, often families, who share a passion for what they do and a special relationship with their guests.
The members of Relais & Châteaux are committed to preserving and developing the hospitality and culinary diversity of the world's different cultures. This endeavour, as well as the protection of the environment and regional cultural heritage, was presented to UNESCO in a manifesto in November 2014.
